Shannon was by far the best choice my wife and I made when both selling our old house as well as buying our new house. The number one skill that Shannon has and most important to us was communication. At no point during the process of either transaction did she stop communicating. We were informed about every decision and step. When we had questions she was able to answer them. Secondly, Shannon was honest. When we asked she gave us her honest opinion. We didn’t always go with her suggestions and at no point did she ever make us feel bad for that. Shannon makes you feel like you are her only client with time and attention. She was amazing!
Shannon was a godsend for us. She stuck with us for over a year of house searching, through a tough market and a lot of change in our lives that shuffled our priorities around. We were picky and constantly vacillating, but she never gave up on us and saw us through till the end. She is extremely trustworthy and puts her clients’ needs first. She never tried to rush a deal or push us into any bad decisions. In fact, she routinely talked us out of houses we were interested in that had serious problems. Anything she didn’t know right away she diligently researched for us, and always made sure we got answers to our questions and concerns quickly.
